Kathryn Maher

Kathryn Maher is a philanthropy advisor working with founders, families and private clients on the thoughtful deployment of philanthropic capital, and with non-profits seeking to strengthen their positioning and readiness for significant philanthropic investment.

She works with a select number of clients at any one time, often at the point where giving becomes more consequential and the decisions more complex, helping to translate personal values into clear, enduring approaches to giving.

Current clients include the founder of a global Irish-founded technology company, alongside work with multi-generational families, including those with long-established legacies. The development and implementation of long-term philanthropic strategies, major partnerships and significant capital projects sits at the core of this work.

Her background includes serving as Executive Director of the Irish Sailing Foundation and Director of Development at Gonzaga College SJ, where she led large-scale capital investment programmes and worked at the highest levels with major donors, boards and leadership teams.

Kathryn works with complete discretion, taking time to understand what truly matters to each client. Her role is singular: to be entirely on their side in decisions that are, ultimately, as personal as they are consequential.

There is no template. Every story is different. And I believe every legacy deserves to be built on its own terms.
